Every single process, starting from design to mass production, of new products is done by our R&D department using the Reverse Engineering concept.  Product design data; is determined with 3D Coordinate Measurement and Laser Surface Scanning devices in the R&D laboratory, is supported by mechanical and metallographic analysis results, reaches the optimum design conditions and finally turns into the actual design.          

Product designs are completed using UNIGRAPHÝCS and PROENGINEER programs with 3D feature. After the Production Process Design of designed products is defined by the R&D department, prototypes and/or samples are created. Product designs, with the confirmed performance results, are approved after active vehicle tests and are added to the product portfolio.
