Teknorot Automotive A.Þ has always been producing his products, using the latest technology machinery and respecting to high standards of mass production. Our principle is to do the right job, on time and to get the best results. To achieve it, we are expanding our Machinery Park day by day.  We always did and still are aiming to get the best quality products and fast production with the use of 68 Lathe, 19 CNC Processing Centre (5 in the Moulding Facility), 11 Scrubs, about 60 specific workbench, drills, Press Machines (both eccentric and hydraulics), Wrench Opening Workbenches, Paint Preparation Facility, Static Paint Facility and Cataphoresis Covering Facility. As an important necessity of mass production, we are proud to serve our customers with high quality, approved and enduring products, created on specific machinery and tools.

Since the activation of the Forging Facility, Teknorot Automotive A.Þ has activated a medium size Moulding Facility.

Teknorot Automotive is well aware of; keeping the quality under control depends on to good control of all production processes. In our Forging Facility, built in 2002, we forge most of the products in the portfolio.

Our products are processed at CNC Processing Centres and are manufactured after being measured with highly efficient 3D DEA measurement tools.

Cataphoresis paintings techniques are applied at full automatic Cataphoresis unit, in Teknorot Düzce Facility by professional staff members.   

Cataphoresis is a dipping painting system where the transport of the paint particles takes place by an electrical effect. Today the cataphoresis system is preferred in the automotive sector.    

We manufacture tie rod ends, track control arms, axial joints, ball joints, stabilizer links; with more than 300 employees, 3 full automatic, 2 semi automatic, 10 manual assembly lines, built on 3000 m2 closed area. Our daily production capacity is 50.000 with 450-500 different products, in a daily-shift. Teknorot produces on its high tech workbenches, using advanced workmanship and materiel quality and well trained staff members.

When montage is completed; our products are forwarded to Packaging Department, using 10 packaging lines. They are put in parcels, stocked on EUR Palettes, and taken to the dispatching section.

Teknorot Manufacturing Facility, with more than 4500 diverse products and 1100 staff member, high capacity of production, high tech facility built on more on 40000 m2 closed area and well preferred in national and Europe market, is also a leader with its product quality. 

Dispatch sector has been built on 1560 m2, and has a palette engrossment capacity of 1552 on shelf and 1000 on ground. With our experienced staff members in, it has a palette charging capacity of 1000 per week, using 4 charging platform.
